Utter Disappointment

I strongly believe in the law of reciprocity, if you treat a person well, they will be aware of it and be nice to u too. However i think my company does not understand that and set so many rules for us to follow, feel damn restricted. Its just a matter of time that the good employees will all leave the company cos its not worth their time and effort. Having good bonus can only keep their staff for 1 or 2 years, but in order to keep them for good, it only boils down to one thing- having respect for them and take care of their welfare. Not able to buy food when you stay back for overtime after 1830 is really the last straw, utterly disappointed...
