Its not easy to start up a business, I am slowly realising the difficulties that people are facing during the very initial phase. A good business idea is real hard to come by and its hard to source for a good location if the business requires a shop front. On top of that, there are other constraints like insufficient capital and the number of years it will takes for the business to break even...

Recently, I had been quite active in searching for some franchise, as I will like to work on the existing business models. I just had a talk with the Haato franchiser regarding the details of getting their franchise, the initial sunk cost of $80,000 is a figure which is quite far fetch for me now and looking for a shop front with a good crowd will be another daunting task.

I got to look into other business models besides taking over a franchise, or find something that will require lesser capital. Shall send more inquiries and do more research.
